1. Introduction
- These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the subscription service ("Service") provided by Imperialshinez ("Company", "we", "our", or "us") to the subscriber ("Customer", "you", or "your"). By subscribing to our Service, you agree to these Terms.
2. Subscription Plans
- Plans: The Service includes various subscription plans as detailed on our website or service brochure. The plans may include fortnightly or monthly detailing services for small or large vehicles.
- Pricing: Subscription fees are based on the selected plan and vehicle size. Current pricing is $150 per session for small cars and $200 per session for large cars.
- Inclusions: Each subscription includes complimentary services valued at $70+ (e.g., carpet stain removal, leather conditioning, paint sealant) as needed to maintain your vehicle’s condition.
3. Payment Terms
- Billing Cycle: Subscription fees are billed monthly or fortnightly, with payments due on the [specific date] of each month. Failure to pay may result in suspension or cancellation of the Service.
- Payment Method: Payments must be made via [credit card, debit card, PayPal, etc.]. By providing your payment information, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis for the subscription fee. GST (10%) will be charged if payment is made via EFT.

4. Service Scheduling
- Appointment Scheduling: You will receive notifications via [email/SMS/app] to schedule your detailing service. You must schedule your service within the subscription period
- Rescheduling: If a detailing job cannot be completed on the scheduled date due to weather conditions or a conflicting schedule:
- Fortnightly Plans: The client has 7 days from the original scheduled date to reschedule the service.
- Monthly Plans: The client has 10 days from the original scheduled date to reschedule the service.
- If the booking is not rescheduled within the applicable period (7 or 10 days), the client will forfeit the missed service for that cycle.
- Service Area: The Service is available within the Sydney region. Services requested outside this area may be subject to additional charges or may not be available.
5. Cancellation and Suspension/Pausing Subscription
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time by providing written notice at least 15 days before the next billing cycle. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
- Refunds: Payments for the subscription service are non-refundable under any circumstances. By subscribing to our Service, you acknowledge and accept that all payments are final and non-refundable, regardless of the situation.
- Suspension: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your subscription for non-payment or breach of these Terms.
- Pausing: A pause of membership will be honoured if:
- Personal Emergency: illness, hospitalisation, unforeseen family emergency
- Extended Travel: travelling for an extended period of time, with prior notice
- Vehicle Unavailability: the car is undergoing repairs or maintenance
6. Free Inclusions
- Inclusion Services: Complimentary services (e.g., carpet stain removal, leather conditioning, paint sealant) are provided as needed and at the discretion of our service technicians to maintain your vehicle's condition.
- Limitations: These services are only available during scheduled subscription services and cannot be carried over or redeemed separately.
7. Vehicle Condition and Pre-existing Damage
- Inspection: Our technicians will conduct a pre-service inspection of your vehicle to identify any pre-existing damage. Imperialshinez is not responsible for any damage not caused by our Service.
- Liability: Imperialshinez is not liable for damage to the vehicle resulting from poor maintenance, pre-existing conditions, or conditions outside our control.
8. Customer Responsibilities
- Vehicle Accessibility: You must ensure that your vehicle is accessible at the scheduled service time. If we are unable to access your vehicle, the service may be forfeited.
- Personal Items: Please remove all personal items from the vehicle before service. We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items left in the vehicle.
9. Service Modifications
- Service Changes: Imperialshinez reserves the right to modify or discontinue certain services or features of the Service. You will be notified of significant changes.
- Customisation: You may request additional services or upgrades at an additional cost. Such requests must be made when scheduling the service.
10. Privacy and Data Security
- Data Collection: We collect and store your personal information, including payment details, to provide the Service. Your information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- Data Security: We implement reasonable security measures to protect your personal information but cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Amendments
- Changes to Terms: Imperialshinez reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and communicated to you via [email/SMS/app]. Continued use of the Service after changes have been made constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
