Welcome to Imperial Shinez and Shinez Car Care. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website www.imperialshinez.com.au (the "Site"), our mobile car detailing services, and our online store selling car care products (collectively, the "Services").
Imperial Shinez (ABN 83 726 212 469) operates both a mobile car detailing service across Sydney and an online store selling car care products under the Shinez Car Care brand.
By accessing our Site or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.
Imperial Shinez - Mobile Detailing Services
We provide professional mobile car detailing services across Sydney, including maintenance detailing, full detailing, interior detailing, ceramic coating application, paint protection film (PPF) installation, and paint correction.
Shinez Car Care - Product Sales
We sell professional-grade car care products through our online store, including pre-wash and wash products, interior and exterior cleaners, ceramic sealants and protection products, and detailing accessories and tools.
To use our Services, you must be at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, provide accurate and complete information, and not use our Services for any unlawful purpose.
By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
You may need to create an account to access certain features. When creating an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4.1 Booking and Scheduling
Bookings can be made via our website, phone, or email. A booking is confirmed once we send you a confirmation. We will contact you to confirm the date, time, and location. Service times are estimates and may vary depending on vehicle condition.
4.2 Service Location Requirements
For mobile detailing services, you must provide a suitable location with adequate space around the vehicle, access to a power outlet within 20 metres (if required), access to a water source (for certain services), and a level surface for the vehicle.
If the location is unsuitable, we may need to reschedule or adjust the service.
4.3 Vehicle Condition
You must disclose any known issues with your vehicle (paint damage, existing scratches, mechanical problems). Additional charges may apply for excessively dirty vehicles, heavy pet hair, mould, biohazard materials, or excessive stains. We will notify you of any additional charges before proceeding. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to your vehicle.
4.4 Cancellation Policy
If you cancel more than 48 hours before your appointment, there is no cancellation fee.
If you cancel between 24 and 48 hours before your appointment, a 50% cancellation fee applies.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, a 100% cancellation fee applies.
If you do not show up without notice, a 100% cancellation fee applies.

4.5 Weather Conditions
Mobile detailing services are weather-dependent. We may need to reschedule due to rain, extreme heat, or other adverse conditions. We will contact you as soon as possible to arrange an alternative time. No cancellation fee applies for weather-related rescheduling. Weather cancellations are rescheduled only (no refunds).
4.6 Payment for Services
Payment is due upon completion of the service. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfer. For ceramic coating and PPF services, a deposit may be required at booking. Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of the appointment.
4.7 Service Guarantee
We take pride in our work and want you to be completely satisfied. If you are not happy with our service, notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will return to address any issues at no additional cost. The guarantee does not cover pre-existing damage or conditions beyond our control.
5.1 Product Descriptions
We make every effort to display products accurately. Colours may vary slightly due to monitor settings. Product descriptions are for general information only. We reserve the right to correct any errors in product information.
5.2 Pricing
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of order placement applies to your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders with pricing errors.
5.3 Orders
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. An order is accepted when we send a shipping confirmation. We may limit quantities per customer.
5.4 Payment
Payment is required at the time of order. We accept major credit/debit cards and PayPal. All payments are processed securely through our payment providers. Your order will not be dispatched until payment is confirmed.
5.5 Shipping
See our separate Shipping Policy for full details. Shipping times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.
5.6 Returns and Refunds
See our separate Refund Policy for full details. Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. Products must be unused and in original packaging. Shipping costs for returns are the customer's responsibility.
6.1 Our Content
All content on our Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions and photographs, videos and tutorials, and software and code, is owned by Imperial Shinez or our licensors and is protected by Australian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
6.2 Limited License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content, use our content for commercial purposes, remove any copyright or proprietary notices, or attempt to reverse engineer any software.

"Imperial Shinez", "Shinez Car Care", and associated logos are trademarks of Imperial Shinez. You may not use these marks without our prior written consent.
When using our Services, you agree not to violate any applicable laws or regulations, infringe on the rights of others, submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information, interfere with the operation of our Site, attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, use our Services to transmit spam or malware, engage in any activity that could damage our reputation, or resell our products without authorisation.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these Terms.
8.1 Reviews and Feedback
You may submit reviews, comments, and feedback about our Services. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content. You represent that your content is accurate and does not violate any rights. You acknowledge that we may edit or remove content at our discretion.

You may not submit content that is false, misleading, or defamatory, infringes on intellectual property rights, contains personal information of others, is obscene, offensive, or inappropriate, or promotes illegal activities.
9.1 Service Limitations
For Detailing Services: Results may vary depending on vehicle condition, age, and previous care. We cannot guarantee removal of all scratches, stains, or imperfections. Ceramic coatings and PPF provide protection but are not indestructible. Paint correction results depend on paint thickness and condition.
For Products: Products are designed for automotive use only. Always test products on an inconspicuous area first. Follow all usage instructions provided. Results may vary based on application technique and conditions.
9.2 Website Availability
Our Site is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Site at any time. We are not liable for any loss resulting from Site unavailability.
9.3 Third-Party Links
Our Site may contain links to third-party websites. We do not control or endorse these websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices. We encourage you to review their terms and privacy policies.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant service or product. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. We are not liable for any loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. We are not liable for any damage to your vehicle that was pre-existing or caused by factors outside our control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded or limited.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Imperial Shinez, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our Services, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any rights of a third party, or any content you submit through our Services.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable consumer protection legislation.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
If you have a dispute with us, first contact us at info@imperialshinez.com.au to attempt to resolve the issue informally. If we cannot resolve the dispute, either party may refer it to mediation. If mediation fails, either party may pursue legal remedies.
Any legal action must be brought in the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our Site, updating the "Last updated" date, and sending an email for significant changes.
Your continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
